Activities Carry Out

For the execution in fabrication, erection, Test loop preparation, Mechanical clearance, hydro testing, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of all type of industrial Piping and related documentation works. Specialized responsibilities include the following.

Responsible for Planning, productivity & Manpower controlling.

Study of Project standards, specifications, drawings, procedures and scope estimation

Fabrication and Erection of C.S, S.S and A.S Piping and Pipe supports.

Fit up checking and release joints to welding.

Fully Conversant with all types of drawings, Plant layouts, P&ID, GAD and Isometric.

Planning and Executing the Piping erection with respect to the availability of material.

Good knowledge in Piping Supports and Structural works.

Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment.

Dividing & Preparing test packages(Loops) with respect to service, piping class, test pressure etc.

Prepare the punch list to the sub contractor for incomplete of works with respect to the test pack.

Checking all lines and supports are erected as per drawing and confirm all works are completed with respect to latest revision drawings and then check and released to the mechanical clearance for client approval.

Witness for the hydro test, checking Final box-up.

Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the System wise.

Coordinate with vendors associated to package piping issues.

Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities as required by the contract.

Ensuring quality at site & discussing quality related problems with quality department.

Attending the daily & Weakly Meeting.

Coordination with the Client/consultant engineers for planning and modification based on the technical requirements as per site situation.

Co-ordinate with client/consultant and contractor.

Knowledge of Structure Fabrication & Erection.

Arranging daily tool box talk related to work and safety.

Immediate reporting of the risk and flaw’s to the management.

Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.
