I have spent many years in the oilfield as a mud logger. I was responsible for delivering daily and evening reports, sample catch, describe, catalog samples, photo all samples when requested, monitor and record gas, pick formation tops, calculate dip and give directional drilling TVD, update live system, photo samples for live system and mud log, build and maintain mud log, prepare and send data to oil company, such as surveys, gamma, mud log in both well site systems and PDF, take photos of all samples and report to company personal directly on rig site locations. Maintain all gas monitoring and geological equipment to include servicing daily and repairing when required. Rig up all mud logging equipment and rig down all equipment. Conduct on site phone meetings with oil company geological and engineering departments.
