Description:

Model Based platform development for DGS(Diesel Gasoline System).

2. Driveline Model Development

Description:

A driveline transmits the produced engine torque over transmission and rear axle to the tyres. The engine torque is multiplied by the ratio’s (reductions) of transmission gear and rear axle, and at the wheels divided by the dynamic tire radius. There is friction in the driveline during the transmission of torque. This is covered by the driveline efficiency.

My role:

Tech lead,Model Based development, MIL (Model in Loop) testing, Generating the performance curves for fuel economy.

3. EMS (Engine Management System)-Diesel Engine

Description:

Engine Management system ensures that driver request is implemented.OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) it’s a self diagnostics system.

My role:

Model Based development, MIL (Model in Loop) testing.

4. 4PP (4-Point Pneumatics)

Description:

4PP active Cab suspension use to stabilize cabin motions using 4 pneumatically controlled forces.

My role:

Model Based development, Auto code, MIL (Model in Loop), SIL (Software in Loop) testing.

5. FADEC (Fully Authorised Digital Engine Control)-CFM56

Description:

The full authority digital control (FADEC) is an electronic engine control system used for managing power and controlling safety parameters for the aircraft engines. The unit testing process for this software is designed as per the guidelines of DO178B for performing software verification activities.

My role:

Was involved in Unit Testing, code review and mentoring the team for

Solving issues and training the new joinees.

6. ECAS (Engine Control Application Software)-SAM146

Description:

Level A software as per DO178B Standard. This project is used to control the engine for the Russian Regional Jet. This project is divided into two parts ECAS (Engine Control Application Software) and CSAS (Control System Application Software).

My role:

Was involved in Acceptance testing activity and also worked for designing the dynamic systems models using the Matlab simulink.

7. WSCS (Wheel Steering Control System) and BCS (Brake Control system) for

A350

Description:

Level A software HLT (High Level Testing) activity is carried out for different systems of A350.The different systems are WSCS, LGERS and BCS the target used for simulation is CBS (CPIOM Based Simulator) and also Low level design is done for same systems using SCADE tool.

My role:

Primary responsibilities involved in High Level Testing (HLT) and designing the

Low-level design using the SCADE tool.
