Duties: Directly supervise 20 military/ 3 civilian personnel; coordinate daily operations with 5 different agencies; perform all required training, performance reports, and feedbacks; assess mission requirements and select proper equipment and personnel; direct ground personnel and aircrew on loading, unloading, securing and staging of all cargo/baggage; determine how cargo will be loaded and when and in what sequence to maximum utilization out of aircraft in accordance with T.O's; calculate center of balance(C/B) of all cargo prior to loading, once loaded ensure aircraft C/B is within limits; apply/calculate restraint to ensure cargo is secure ensuring safety of flight.
