• Use of a flash light treatment to anneal and recrystallize CIGS films prepared for its constituent particles.

• Preparation of CIGS films on various substrates e.g. glass, Mo coated glass and Mo foil.

• A pure phase and highly crystalline CIGS films without any other impurity phases were created and confirmed by

• Highly dense CIGS films with larger grains were formed and tested by SEM results. The compositional analysis was confirmed by XRD results.
