1st shift Supervisor : Tumble & Injector department. In this department I supervised all raw materials from receiving to the stripping area. The process then continued to the injector where, depending on customer product orders, raw material was pumped with a brine solution to a specified formula.
1st shift Supervisor: Manufacturing Department. This department ran two different lines that packed the product and prepared for the ovens. One line ran whole muscle processing, the second line ran sliced/non-sliced products. 106% to 145% yields were achieved at a 98% daily completion.
1 Shift supervisor: Final Pack. The final pack area had two lines in which the final product was placed in trays. Once coded with a use or freeze by date, the days julian calendar pack date, the shift and line number. Printers that placed the information were setup by lead team members or by the supervisor. The product was the shrink wrapped and boxed. The yield goal of 98% was achieved daily.

2nd Shift Supervisor: Ground Beef Processing. Direct supervision of processing crews working in the formulation specified product orders in the ground beef department. Attention to detail warranted in the correct mixture of raw, frozen material and the grinding area for texture. Additionally responsible for the supervision of the ground beef tray pack lines for 1,2 and 5 pound trays, 8 formax lines for frozen patties and the 1,2,3,5 and 10 pound ground beef chub line.
Quality Assurance Tech: Performed QA audits throughout the plant. This included temperature checks in receiving, product formulations, tray pack lines to the frozen patty lines and the ground beef chub line. Additional tasked with remote facility audits as well.
