ACADEMIC PROJECT

Steering knuckle die design and optimization.

M-Tech Final Year Project done in Bharat Forge Ltd. In this work, an attempt has been made to design a proper knuckle die by the analysis made on contact nodes and die wear in the main forging processes of a typical steering knuckle using FORGE NxT 1.0 simulation technology.
