Pine Forest Country Club: Houston, Texas August 2012-August 2013

nI used to work at a Private Golf Course named Pine Forest Country Club in Houston. I was a bag room attendant and a range worker. We basically had to remember members’ names and slot numbers of their golf bag and have it ready by the time they are ready to head out to play. We washed golf clubs and golf carts in the process.

John Eagle Honda July 2014-December 2014

nAt John Eagle Honda, our day started off with opening a toolbox and making sure everything is in order to be ready for the morning rush. As #1 Technician of my bay I was required to touch every inch of the car. We would perform oil changes, transmission flushes, brake flushes, differential flushes, power steering flushes, rotate tires, take blown tires of the rim, out new tires on, replace brakes, replace batteries, and stay on top of your other technician that is working with you. Every car gets a multi-point inspection as soon as the car rolls in the bay, check brakes, tire pressure, fluid levels, battery test, tread depth on tires, then lift the car up and check everything underneath the car.

Porter/Groundskeeper: I walked the property to pick up trash, clean any messes, check flower beds, clean the pool, and prepare the landscape for the landscapers. Worked as maintenance crew and fixed make readies, painting walls, repairing valves, caulking, cleaning carpets.
