Responsible for all indirect spend in IT/Telecommunications, Corporate and Building Services totaling $150MM in annual spend. I managed a sourcing specialist that specializes in IT/Telecom procurement, an administrative assistant that procures wireless devices, laptops, desktops and peripherals and a buyer that does all the day to day purchasing for our vehicle preparation center.

Led strategic sourcing initiative (RFP) and negotiated terms and conditions saving 18% of wireless telecommunications services, 46% savings ($1.10MM-year) on voice and data network, 10% on janitorial services and Parts & MRO.

Developed SOW, lead strategic sourcing initiative and negotiated terms and conditions to customize a CRM solution for our sales force. Developed SOW, lead strategic sourcing initiative and negotiated agent agreement to select a Multipoint Inspection and Service Scheduler Software.

Designated procurement lead for corporate wide initiative to outsource IT infrastructure to IBM ($43MM Project).

Negotiated pricing and contract terms on rental cars, hotels and promotional event venues.

Responsible for a large majority of the corporate procurement projects within the organization and many of the divisional indirect projects. I also coached and mentored more junior members of our team and worked on special projects to validate savings estimates in other division’s strategic sourcing initiatives.

Strategically sourced, negotiated contract terms and project managed the demolition of TETRA’s Lake Charles chemical plant. Brokered the disposal of over $1MM in casing pipe that was left over from a divestiture of one of TETRA’s divisions.

Led strategic sourcing initiative and negotiated contract terms saving a total of 52% on wireless telecommunications services, 45% on the implementation of a corporate wide voice and data network, 38% on conferencing and WebEx, 18% Hydrated Lime for Chemical Plants,

Category management of wireless telecommunications services, satellite services, voice/data, conferencing and WebEx, and Hydrated Lime providers.

Led strategic sourcing initiative, negotiated contract terms and project managed the implementation of Satellite connectivity to TETRA ships, vessels, platforms, temporary work sites, remote work sites, service trucks and GasJacks in 2010(0-80% savings depending on the type of connectivity).

Implemented a corporate wide travel agency and category managed travel.

Assisted in the strategic sourcing of a corporate wide fleet management company and successfully negotiated contract terms.

Assisted in the strategic sourcing of a preferred supplier for uniforms and PPE using a reverse auction.
