FIELD SERVICE REP/ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIST SR October 2010 - Present

•Serves as BAE Systems Field Service Representative at the Supplier Repair Retest Facility (SRRF) with the C-17 Program at Boeing facility in Long Beach, California.

•Performs testing, troubleshooting and repairs of highly complex multiple-electronic, electro-mechanical, and optical assemblies using specialized test equipment, schematics, specifications, and drawings.

•Calibrate, repair and maintain test equipment and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are in place.

•Maintains full responsibility of multiple Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Test Benches.

•Manages spare parts needed to support continuing usage of critical, high utilization equipment.

•Deployed to the Central Command (CENTCOM) AOR and supported War Fighters as an OCONUS Field Service Representative on the Dismounted Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (D-CREW) program.

•Worked in a Technical Lab environment performing inspections, calibrations and testing of RF transmitting systems.

•Inspected and repaired moderately complex assemblies, subassemblies, parts and systems for compliance with specifications and quality assurance practices following blueprints, schematics, and inspection manuals using hand tools and precision testing equipment.

•Provided Training and assistance to the War Fighter in operations, general maintenance, and troubleshooting of Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (CREW) systems to include: DUKE V2/V3, CVRJ, MMBJ, Guardian and Thor III.
