I endeavor to meet deadlines during crunch time, perform quality walks with attention to detail, manage 40 + subcontractors, coach others, order and return material, adjust take offs with change orders if they are excessive or short to maintain budgets, meet with county inspectors to make sure houses are being built per state and local building codes, obtain permits, schedule and perform Pre-constructions/Pre- Drywalls/Pre-settlements, maintain jobsite OSHA safety and SWPPP erosion files, keep jobsite curb appeal looking clean and professional at all times. I have used Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
