Successfully worked in an agile and continuous development environment.

Programmed with a team to convert legacy COBOL systems into a Groovy/Grails web app through which Dillard’s buyers can access to multiple databases and enterprise systems and purchase products from vendors to stock the department stores.

Spearheaded performance testing of projects for my team with the use of the IBM Rational Performance Tester, including gathering valid test data, creating hundreds of test users to run the app simultaneously, and coordinating with other teams to schedule and monitor testing.
