Selected to manage and coordinate the transfer of and implementation of the cookline and raw burger production to a new multi-million dollar facility in Brampton.

Worked closely with trades in the set-up of the transferred lines to minimize lost time in start-up phase

Partnered with Product Development (PD) team to ensure consistency in the quality (taste, texture) and appearance of products

Updated training manuals in an easy to understand format, and trained the new employees how to safely operate machines and run processes effectively

Worked closely with Quality Assurance to streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Researched the automation of sausage line preparation, and implemented the first ever automated fresh sausage line (Westar) in the company
