Merck Grants - Worked on enhancement of several modules, such as - LOA (Letter of Agreement) to be signed by the end user electronically with DocuSign (Using ASP.net, C#, JQuery, Oracle, Toad)
oChanges were to add a form to 1. Collect the “Authorized Approver” information during RFA submission and then 2. Displaying “Authorized Approve” on RFA Details page.
oAllow for TOV (Transfer of Value) data to be captured before and during the grant process. Process starts with sending an automated email to Grant Contact with direct link to auto login and allow data entry for TOV.
ITRS (Ticketing Requesting System) web portal – Maintenance and enhancement as and when request comes (Using ASP.net, C#, JQuery, SQL Server).
oThis is an internal ticket requesting system, where all employees has access to and submit an ITRS selecting appropriate Category, which triggers an email to the concern team and then they act accordingly.
Worked as a Architect and involved in design / development / Maintenance for Employee management System (web portal) (using ASP.net, C#, JQuery, SQL Server). I was involved in gathering information, designing and development, preparing HLD for users, LLD for documenting changed to the application, and UTP documents for test cases. Administration – this contains, Environmental Rules for leave combination restriction through application. Employee Profiler for Inserting and maintaining employee details. Carry Balances is for pushing all the leave balances for next year. Holiday Balancing, balance off for Indian Leaves with US lease. Announcement for making an announcement for all the application users. Access, User details those who have access to EMS.
AMS – E-Roster, is the section where attendance are marked for each department. And the report links are for provided different HR specific reports.
PMS – Section is for department wise Performance management which helps manager to filter out good performers and for grading them for their bonus calculations.
