Testing of Trailer Mounted Pumps and Truck Mounted Pumps–Maintain correct engine and hydraulic pump parameters. This was done by adjusting the engine fuel pump and the pump governor settings to ensure maximum pumping pressure and optimum fuel consumption.

Line Rejection – Recorded and analyzed defective components during assembly. Any component that was found defective during assembly was verified with the drawing for discrepancies. Findings were recorded and presented to the supplier and preventive actions discussed to avoid recurrence.

Analysis of Warranty Failed items – Analyzed components that failed during the warranty period. Results were collated and discussed every month with the production, quality and service departments. One of the major successes was finding the root cause of the failure of the Hydraulic Cylinder which saved the company $25,000 in product replacement costs.

Trained in operation and testing of Boom Pumps at Schwing Stetter, Austria- Deputized at Schwing Austria for training in the assembly and testing of Boom Pumps. Supervised the assembly and testing of all Boom Pump models produced indigenously.
