November 2014 – March 2015 WellView Completions Technologist, Devon Energy/ Lanchbury Consulting Artesia, NM
Titled as a WellView Coach for the Delaware Basin District for the Completions team. Responsible for data management and software training of the Completions Consultants. Working as a Key Lead of the Coaches team; Distributed weekly well assignments for quality control, and conduct weekly meetings to discuss progress of the team in completing QCs. Capable of creating multi-well reports and queries, as well as providing instruction on how to create them. Maintains consistent contact with Consultants for WellView updates and pertinent information. Developed quick reference cards for Consultants. Published and distributed a reporting guide specific to the Delaware Basin for proper data entry in WellView. Designated Power User Access for the Artesia Completions team.
August 2011 – March 2013 Drilling Systems Field Trainer, Chesapeake Energy / Deckard Consulting Oklahoma City, OK
Working as an Independent Software Consultant contracted out by Chesapeake Energy to train Rig Supervisors and Drilling Technicians on the WellView 8.1 and 9.2 Drilling Software. The software is used to track drilling activity and operation budget. Responsible for implementing and deploying the established training system company-wide. Coordinated with Drilling Managers, Drilling Technicians, Engineers, Superintendents, Rig Supervisors, and employees for training and establish IT training and business practices for the software. Responsible for fourteen rigs and over forty individuals in the Utica District regarding software training and data maintenance. A key leader of the training team; responsible for initial training of divisional drilling technicians and field training of Superintendents upon commencement of division roll out.
