Service attachment and service tools such as Hydraulic Cylinders,Wheelstations,Axles,Brakes and hub assembly, Circle drives, steering and brake groups, Final drives, Suspension cylinders on machines like Off high way trucks, Wheel loaders, Excavators, Wheel dozers,Truck dozers, underground machine[R2900G,AD55b],Motor, Articulator Dump trucks etc.

Conduct Preventive maintenance checks on Plant and machines and also on tuxco cylinder service bench, wheel station turning tool, forklifts and solvent cleaner.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing of machines fault. [Off highway trucks, Excavators, Motor Grader, Wheel loader, forklifts, Dozers etc.

Using of caterpillar electronic tools such as SIS, ET to conduct troubleshooting, testing and adjusting and calibration.

Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensures work meets manufactures specification and also conduct safety checks on equipment.

Submit detailed analytical inspection report on timely basis and writing of technical report.

Conduct a periodic waste walk in workshop to eliminate waste and re arrange for safe and efficient working environment.
