Phytochemical Screening of secondary metabolites and anti-microbial activity of indigofera

aspalathiodes using invitro assays and to investigate its mechanism of action against

pathogenic bacteria

Objective :

1. To extract active crude substance using different solvents.

2. To screen the secondary metabolites from crude extract.

3. To select best concentration of crude extract, which shows excellent inhibitory action against pathogenic bacterias.

4. To determine IC50 of the crude extract against different invitro assays .

5. To investigate the mechanism of action of the crude extract against test bacterial pathogens.
