Worked closely with four of the Azure Team Admins to assist with IT support for the Senior VP Amitabh Srivastava of the Server and Cloud Division and others helped other’s as needed from the Azure Team.

Managed a highly dynamic lab for testing Azure Performance; this includes a wide range of different servers and storage hardware platforms on two different floors within the same building to maintain vendor confidentiality.

Configured Azure specific bios settings for various hardware platforms, loaded Azure Operating System and configured for specific testing environments as requested.

Daily workload included; configuration of bios and motherboard level, network interface cards (NIC) and video cards. Hardware troubleshooting new or beta product problems as they occur.

Remote Kernel debugger setup and troubleshooting debug issues as they occur.

Network configuration for Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Service (DNS), Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) server setup with over 21 private subnets running simultaneously 24 x 7.
