PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Graduate Apprentice Trainee at VIKRAM SARABHAI SPACE CENTRE, Thiruvananthapuram, India (21 February 2014- 20 February 2015).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Hands on experience with 2D drafting, 3D modeling and fabrication drawing preparation in AutoCAD, Solid Works etc.

Preparation of detailed drawing of indigenously designed Hot Shutoff Valve with film cooling arrangement for Hypersonic Wind Tunnel.

Actively participated in the calibration and validation trails on the Stress Wave Force Balance. A technology development program to develop force balance for application in hypervelocity impulse facilities.

Literature survey, preliminary sizing calculations and 3D model designing of an Air Bearing for HSP Crew Module Pitch Damping studies in 0.25m Hypersonic Wind Tunnel.

Participated in realization of the setup and tests for LVM-3 Flux Nozzle Control Spent Oil discharge studies in HAJS facility

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•B.E (2008-2012) in Aeronautical Engineering from Excel Engineering College affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Chennai with an aggregate of 75.04%.

•HSC (2006-2008) from St Peters Higher Secondary school, Kolenchery, Eranakulam (Kerala State Board) with an aggregate of 64.3%.

•SSLC (2006) from Govt. Higher Secondary school, Kadayiruppu, Eranakulam (Kerala State Board) with an aggregate of 73.4%.

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

•Good knowledge in MS OFFICE.

•Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA V5.

•Certification in ASNT Level 2 in Quality Control Engineering from Institute of Material Testing and Evaluation, Kerala, India.
