Quality Control Analyst

Shiv Offset (I) Pvt. Ltd. – Quality Control Department, Indore MP (Jan’2014 -May’2015).

•Developed quality control charts to monitor the effectiveness of multiple manufacturing processes.

•Identified & mitigated the key triggers of a process failure.

•Supported to take decision for lot acceptance testing using chi-square test.

Projects Undertaken:

Project 1: Drug Analysis using Complete Randomized Design

•Organization: Shri Sai Advanced Pets Poly Clinic Indore M.P.

•Duration: 4 Months

•Description of the Project: Client wanted to identify the more effective drug for animal pain relief out of the two drugs (BNSP and FTP) for animals. Complete randomized design (CRD) analysis was carried out on the available data on a number of health related parameters of animals such as heart rate, pulse rate, respiration rate etc. to compare the effectiveness of these two drugs which resulted BNSP drug as more effective for animals in reducing their pain & hence enabled the client to adopt robust proven methods for their decision making.

Project 2: Statistical Quality and Process Control of Animal Vaccines

•Organization: Biological Product House Veterinary College Campus, MHOW, M.P.

•Duration: 4 Months

•Description of the Project: Client wanted to evaluate the quality of their existing process of manufacturing vaccines & adopt robust practices to continuously monitor the same. CUSUM Chart technique was applied on the number of vaccines produced per hour through the existing process which helped the client to evaluate the process quality & identify the control points to devise strategies to reduce the production time & cost & meet their targets without compromising on the quality.
