Work closely with the System administrator, Infrastructure Engineer and other members of the ICT team to ensure proper implementation and design of all ICT infrastructure and their alignment to business needs.
Configure, operate and provide detailed support on routers, switches and all similar LAN equipment to the last level of support before escalating to service providers and external vendors/contractors as needs arises.
