Directed and led the Utica shale operations which consisted of 7 to10 drilling rigs, 1 to 2 drill out rigs, and the 2 to 3 service rigs. Lead the field operations and managed up to 20 consultants at one time, all invoicing, input and development of writing well procedures, well design, and regulatory compliance. Drilled the longest Utica shale horizontal to date in 2013, in record time. Managed completions of multi-stage stimulation, all flow back and drill out operations.
