DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:

Responsible for the /set up and tear down, Operation, Maintenance and Record Keeping of Portable Concrete Batch Plant.

Operating the Plant, assist with co-ordination of daily Plant activities such as Scheduling Truck drivers and Ordering Plant materials.

Calibrating the Batch Plant (daily), fill aggregate hoppers, refill as needed

Scheduling filling aggregate bunkers and Cement silo

Managing Controls to heat, weigh and mix aggregate, cement and water to produce Concrete that conforms to Processing Specifications.

Attending ability to repair machinery, using hand tools, Power tools and Welding equipment.

Maintaining Batch Plant (grease bearings, replace Conveyor Belts)

Overseeing all Plant Operations, Co-ordinate and Monitor daily workload throughout the Plant.

Looking Overall maintenance and mobilizing of the mobile concrete batch plant.

Ensuring that all products meet 100% total quality requirements, taking samples and testing as necessary

Ensuring all equipments working properly and complete all required reports timely ad accurately.

Informing proper personnel of any Quality Problems that need resolving.

Ensuring all Vehicles and Equipments continually remain in Sate and efficient Operating Condition.

Maintaining adequate levels of all supplies and Products.

Maintaining accurate and current reports as required

Ensuring that all company safety regulations and Policies are followed at all times.

Ensuring that all company environmental regulations and Policie are followed.

Knowledge of all aspects of Concrete batching technology, equipment, methods and Safety where required.

Working Computer Knowledge including applicable Microsoft Software.

Handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Ordering raw materials in Advance to avoid Scarcity
