The purpose of this project was to extract requirements from a given Request for Proposal (RFP) and provide proposed solution to each of the requirements identified in the proposal.

The project involved designing a medium scale Microsoft Windows domain based networks to provide specified IT services in a medium scale organization. I was the Project manager in a group of 7 other students and was able to pair each student according to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the project. I was accountable for the overall project of the team and the deliverables were met at the end of the project.

It’s a project that involved the repair and refurbishing dilapidated computers for use and donation to developing countries.

My duties in the project entailed:

Troubleshooting and repairing end user computers, replacement of some hardware components such as hard disks and RAM.

Operating Systems Upgrade (from various versions of windows to the other such as windows 7, windows 8 and 8.1).
