Company: Sansera Engineering PVT LTD.

Description: Sansera is a company that has the capability to design and assemble its own machinery. The problem that we are tackling for sansera is trying to redesign a machine based on current requirements of quality, productivity and maintainability.

There are persistent quality problems such as chattering, radius variation, pitch variation, bad clamping ability, axis backlash etc. are difficulty in handling high speeds. Due to this problems production suffers and extra care has to be taken for maintenance.

Objective: Our objective is to try and develop solution to above problem without trying to incur huge costs. We intend to educate ourselves in the technology that is being implemented in the current market conditions and also to try and be beneficial to the company.
