Qualifications: I have completed the Law Enforcement Academy at Alvin Community College. I also completed Crisis Intervention Training and Basic Animal Control.
Prior to this I did receive on job training in payroll and scheduling, ordering and purchasing which were skills I exercised for nearly two years.
Also, while at Dish network I had Dealer and Partner training, Certified Tech training, Repeat call training, White Glove training, and Loyalty training. I became a Team Lead on Aug 03, 2013. On June 6, 2015 I was promoted to the Coach position. Currently, I am Coach/Supervisor over a Work at Home Customer Service team at DISH Network.
OBJECTIVES
My objective is to find a position where I am able to apply my skills and expertise to help the overall goal of the company. I am driven, enjoy going above and beyond, and self-motivated. I am focused on everyone’s success, myself included. I am proactive in everything I do to help my team become successful.
