The position perform a full range of Restaurant Operations functions and Administrative support under the minimal supervision of the Operations Consultants. Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Supervise and coordinate with Operation Consultant regarding the store status and submission of the Monthly End Report and making sure that the Month End Food Cost and Statistic Loss Report is reviewed and verified correctly by the Operations Consultants.

Perform Operations function such as monitoring and finalizing P & L (Profit & Loss) results, COGS, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), and BTP (Building the Peak) restaurant performance.

Coordinate with Assistant Managers in the restaurant regarding the gathering of sales and product information need for Operations Report to be submitted to the Operations Consultant in a weekly and monthly basis.

Coordinate with restaurant employee issues regarding their performance review, pending salary, vacation settlement, health issues and others.

Perform Administrative support by coordinating directly to Operation Consultant and concerned department such as to HR Dept., Admin Dept., Finance Dept., and Government Relations Dept. to resolve the concern and issues of each restaurant employee

Coordinate and give assistance for restaurant employees concerns and issues to be reported and address immediately to the Operations Consultant to address the problems and make immediate action to the concern employees.

Provide analysis and monitor the result for the BTP Report (Building the Peak) in a monthly basis for restaurant performance evaluation and incentives purpose for each restaurant employees.

Analyze and Track down the Mystery Shoppers Report in a monthly basis for restaurant evaluation regarding restaurant service performance for QSC (Quality Service Check) and CSO (Customer Service Opportunities) ratings.

Perform Inventory and track down promotional products and common restaurant products that being used in the restaurant operations for the purpose of monitoring the missing products and pilferage of the products in the restaurant to be reported to the Operations Consultant.

Transmit and track down restaurant documents such as PCV (Petty Cash Vouchers), Month End Package Report, Iqama transmittal, and other pertinent documents related to restaurant operations.
