WORK EXPERIENCE
1) Junior Naval architect at Virgo Marine Shipyard Pvt. Ltd.(From February 2016-till now)
Working on the initial design of the Self Propelled Hopper Barge.
Responsible for the piping arrangement system design and pipe fitting in the engine room in self-propelled Hopper Barge.
Estimation of the steel weight in different blocks of Split Hopper Barge
Liaison with the owner representatives from Dredging Corporation of India (DCI).
Responsible for the shifting of manhole on the main deck as per requirements.
Conducting various surveys for steel renewal such as thickness gauging, dry survey, etc.
Stability calculations for individual and combination of pontoons of Modular jack-up for intermediate stages of assembly.
2) Naval architect trainee at DESCON (From July 2015-January 2016)
Conducted Heel Tests.
Dry survey of Heel Tests.
Prepared Heel Test reports for ten vessels.
Industrial Visits and Witnessed Inclining Experiments on Catamarans, Shikaras, etc.

Prepared model designs of hulls of various boats and ships using software like freeship,maxsurf,autocad,etc
Prepared ship and boats drawing like general Arrangements, Lines plan, trim and stability booklets and LSA/FFA drawings as per KIV rules or IRS rules after the successful measurements of hull and other structures.
