SKILLS SUMMARY
Instrumentation:
Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of various industrial transmitters and mechanical/instrumentation equipment.
Configuration of various transmitters using HART Communicator.

Execution of process involving continuous sequence for a motor(conveyor).
Implementing process control system using ON/OFF control or incorporating PID functional block for continuous control in PLC and DCS.
Linear Motor Movement control by tuning of VFDs.
Automation Control:
Reading, understanding and setting up of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics.
Servo Motor Control – Configuration, and tuning of the motor parameters such as position, speed, acceleration, home position etc. using LinMot or COOLWORKS.
Applications involving setting up of control system based on purely hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
Incorporation of motor control by programing the parameters and then control using PLC.
Control System-PLC/DCS
Proficient in PLC programming with hands on experience in Allen Bradley RSLogix500, Siemens, OMRON & Moeller.
ON/OFF or Continuous(PID) Control.
Tuning of PID parameters to suit the application-steady state error, offset elimination.
Hands on experience in Yokogawa Centum CS3000 for boiler drum level control along with user interface.
Knowledge in Honeywell DCS.
Design HMI (site or machine edition) using Factory Talk Automation (AllenBradley), OMRON.
Robotics:
Hands on experience in programming various industrial robots – FANUC, ABB, CRS, and Staubli.
Programming in Robotic Programming Software WinCaps.
Designing of work cell for robot with all associated safety systems including emergency PBs, light curtains, movement sensors etc.
Documentation:
Developing of weekly/monthly/yearly reports on Inventory Management, Spare parts Interchangeability, BOM, System Hierarchy.
Developing of production reports of various machines in plant floor which includes parts produced, downtime, maintenance time, effective working hours.
Working in SAP enterprise resource planning software (material management).
Familiar in designing 2D & 3D models using Solid Works Software, AutoCAD.
Other Skills:
Familiar in programming languages C & C++, Visual Basic.
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Software-Proficient in excel and word.
