• Performed analysis on employee’s unique case and provide consultation to management on solutions, options, risks and recommendation’s for employees traveling and relocating internationally for business purposes.

• Managed the inquiry inbound Desk inbox for all immigration and global mobility requests and assign needed action items and case initiations to other team members within HR.

• Managed and supported the I-9 orientation portion for new hires for groups between 80-200 new employees bi-weekly. Also responsible for the training other HR staff and legal representatives on I-9 completion and compliance, revivifications and STEM extensions.
• Assisted employees and recruiters with various aspects of the overall immigration process such as: analysis of potential job changes, general international travel questions, OPT STEM extension process and employment verification letters.
• Performed employee lifecycle analysis and support related to payroll, performance reviews, promotions and terminations.
• Presented online seminars and town hall overviews of company immigration benefits for employees. This included an overview of how the process works as well as company and government policies, practices, and timelines.

(Change of Status, Change of Employer, Amendment, Extension), L-1, J-1, O-1,TN, PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485.
• Analyzed the case strategy for each nonimmigrant petition in regards to multiple issues such as: Final nonimmigrant status dates; previous J Visa status, Export Licenses, dependents, immigration records, document expirations, post 6th year H-1B extensions and other immigration issues.

• Managed LotusNotes for all accounts and track the foreign national employees’ visa expiration dates, filing dates, I-94 travel document expirations and passport expirations that could impact the non-immigrant visa.
