Ported and maintained USAF UNIX noise model Noisemap, which is used exclusively in all environmental noise assessments performed for the armed services. Managed $100,000 contract to create a prototype Noise Monitoring System (NMS), for integrating data from remote monitoring field sites, community complaints, local area GIS and aircraft movements. Consultant to Los Angeles Airport Authority on a long term multi-million dollar contract to monitor aircraft flyover noise in residential neighborhoods and to improve the noise transmission characteristics of noise impacted homes. Represented Wyle Labs as an American representative to a NATO CCMS working group on aircraft noise modeling. Built an expertise in quantifying and modeling noise and its effects.
