Elite-Medical - Bartlett, TN - January 2015 to April 2016 Responsibilities: Assist in creation and completion of CAPA's, perform root cause analysis, and interact with customers to come up with solutions to nonconformances. Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing/inspecting/ evaluating the precision and accuracy of products manufactured by Elite-Medical. Also provide support to operations and engineering while ensuring that customer requirements are met while meeting the requirements of the quality policy and quality objectives outlined in Elite-Medical's quality management system. Assist in creation and completion of CAPA's, perform root cause analysis, and interact with customers to come up with solutions to nonconformances. Complete initial contract reviews to ensure all quality standards of customer are able to be met. Responsible for the upkeep and verification of all CMM programs in use by the company. Also responsible for conducting quarterly internal audits.
