SUMMER INTERNSHIP MAHINDRA LOGISTICS LTD, MUMBAI Apr 2015 to June 2015 Areas Handled: Third Party Compliance, Attrition Analysis and Safety Planning Project Brief: To achieve 100% compliance of MLL and third party Business Associates on required basic parameters such as agreements and licenses in order to ensure centralized control and the availability of these compliance documents for the audit purposes. All the MLL offices and all Third Party Business Associates of MLL were involved in it. The project was divided into 4 stages: A) Identifying all the MLL operating sites and their respective customers B) Making a list of documents for all customers of all operating sites of MLL C) Communicating the list of documents to the respective location HRs for their operating sites D) Verifying the documents received and maintaining a record for the validity of each document Results Achieved: Achieving 93% compliance in a period of 2 months for more than 60 locations, around 500 documents were collected and a compliance checklist was made as a proactive measure.
