The project was divided into 4 stages: A) Identifying all the MLL operating sites and their respective customers B) Making a list of documents for all customers of all operating sites of MLL C) Communicating the list of documents to the respective location HRs for their operating sites D) Verifying the documents received and maintaining a record for the validity of each document Results Achieved: Achieving 93% compliance in a period of 2 months for more than 60 locations, around 500 documents were collected and a compliance checklist was made as a proactive measure.
