Maintenance Manager - Responsible for facilities manufacturing support systems
(Cooling towers, air compressors, chilled water systems, pump systems and electrical distribution system networks). Responsible for maintenance / repair of all blow molding and packaging equipment. Scheduled preventative maintenance for all production equipment. Active Team Member that successfully relocated manufacturing operation. Assisted Engineers and Vendors with equipment installation, start-up and de-bug of manufacturing processes. Responsible for implementing environmental compliance programs for 350,000 sq. ft. facility. Process Engineer – Responsible for installing a wide variety of production equipment. Worked in harmony with engineers and vendors starting up and de-bugging all equipment related to plastic beverage container manufacturing. Equipment included re-heat blow molders (Sidel, Krupp Corpoplast & Cincinnati Milacron), labeling machines, case erectors box/bulk palletizers, strappers and wrappers. Maintained documentation of all production equipment. Responsible for training fellow electricians, mechanics and operators in machine operation, repair and safety procedures. Analyzed critical production equipment and processes to improve safe operation, quality of products, production efficiency and machine reliability.
Maintenance Technician - Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of all production machinery. Equipment included, but not limited to, Injection molding machines, material handling systems, re-heat blow molding machines, conveying equipment, container labeling, packaging, coding and inspection machines, Skills include electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems repairs.
