Primary Objective -The primary goal of the project was to modernize the Content Management System (CMS). I worked on implementation of CMS, which included: defining implementation strategy, converting legacy systems, Point-Of-Sale (POS) system, Fraud Protection System and responsive internet store. Since the data was moved from legacy to new systems, I framed the plan for Business process reengineering by performing Gap Analysis.
