This job requires verification of each customer’s different but vital requirements that
are based on the Just In Time Logistics chain.
Daily work activities included but were not limited to reviewing the customers daily and
weekly forecast of production material requirements.
Ensuring the transportation carriers were
set up and up to date and the scheduled routing and shipments made.
Constant communication with the customer and alerting the production plants for any
changes and variations in the schedule forecast.
Proper management of inventory control to ensure no excess material is leftover.
Most importantly preventing any premium costs to expedite material to the customer and
making sure material arrives on time to the customers location.
This position requires patience, knowledge of the customer’s procedures and being flexible to
the customer’s needs. It also requires diplomacy in being the link between the customer and
the production plant, which produce the finished goods.
Safety experience
I have worked with BHP Billiton as a site administrator and hydration tech on all
types of Completion sites, Drilling and Work over rigs.
My Job as a site administrator was to enforce all Safety protocols on all BHP Billiton Well
sites which included site orientation and a full explanation of all safety regulations while
working on these well sites.
Hydration Tech
I was entrusted with monitoring everyone on the well sites to make sure they did not
dehydrate in the extreme hot weather of the West Texas region of the Odessa Permian Basin.
As a Hydration Tech it is our responsibility to recognize the signs of dehydration and to
make sure all persons rest and stay hydrated while working on the well site
H2S Tech
I have been trained as an H2S Tech by the SMS Training Academy. This course covers all areas of H2S (Equipment, Safety Awareness, Rigging up and Rigging down, Fit Testing, Protocols, Forms, Safety Drills and training of personnel).
Primary responsibility was ensure everyone on the Well site were trained in H2S safety and knew how to use Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.
BHP Rig Clerk
I worked as a Contract Employee for BHP Billiton under Plaster and Wald Consulting.
Responsible for all data entry on the Well site location which included data sheets for all operations under the Well Completions.
These reports included the daily costs for all vendors on location.
Accountability for all productive time and non-productive time for every vendor.
Sending work activity updates every twelve hours.
Constant communication with all vendors for any issue and enforcement of all BHP protocols.
The Rig clerk is there to free the Completion Supervisor and let them run the operation.
Communicating also with BHP Corporate offices and responding to electronic correspondence in a timely professional manner.
Assisting in setting and up and closing out each well in the electronic well file and the actual paper well file.

Objective

I am an ordained Elder (leaders) in the Seventh Day Adventist Church of which I am a member of.

I am a Brown belt in the Martial Art of Aikido (1st Kyu). I am also a trained in the Martial Art of Kendo. I also like to read, draw, and try to always improve myself in every aspect of life.
