Job Summary: Execute the daily monitoring of process, conduct line audit

Performs engineering evaluations ( DOE ), responsible for product yield improvement

Perform line improvement for quality and productivity

(ex. Replacement of exposure brush with longer length to prevent contamination of FM in our product.Repeatable Defect Improvement in our product, Reversing machine pet film vacuum error Mispeel Improvement)

Reports line abnormalities found in process to immediate superior for containment action.

Generates work instructions, works procedures, One point lessons (OPL’s) and conducts commonality studies on failure product as part of problem solving approach and correlates with the process input variables using graphical representation.

Conduct defect classification in FRONT END line. (PT AOI Inspection)

Conduct measurement of product using Nexiv machine, making program on Nexiv machine

Knowledgeable in Autocad ( Technical Drafting ) can draw mechanical,electrical, 3D, Solid Figure and color rendering.
