1999 – 2005 – Project Manager – Winchester Country Club

Hired by developer to direct work on construction of a upscale residential golf community. Resolve issues on a Federal, State and County level and with subcontractors to bring project to completion of phases I, 2 and 3. Responsible for construction of roads, utilities, amenities, custom homes and clubhouse on an 1,100 acre property.
