PROJECT DESCRIPTION:-Eco Retreat, a project of South City Projects, Kolkata is a second home concept project which includes one community mall, spa, resort and about 200 villas (Large, medium and Small) at Bantala. The project is spread across 52 acres of land incorporating concepts from an International Architect.
Areas of Responsibility:
1) Site Visits and attending meetings with site engineers.
2) Client Meetings.
3) Prepare drawings in Autocad.
4) Preparation of cost estimates.
5) Preparing Load Calculations.
6) Design of entire electrical distribution systems for both indoor and outdoor.
7) Design of lighting system of the entire project.
8) Vendor meetings.
Summary: Working as an Assistant Consultant in the aforesaid Company for South City Eco Retreat Project.
PROJECT NAME: Salarpuria Gardenia, Durgapur.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:-The proposed residential complex at Durgapur has plot area of about 6.6 acres and comprises of 11 blocks and other common amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool. There are 624 nos. of HIG (G+12) and 100 nos. of LIG (G+4) in this project.
