PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Manage the daily production of parts according to the production schedules (schedule compliance) to minimize past due

orders and maximize on time delivery.

Promote and manage employee development (i.e. skill set matrix and individual development plans).

Drive continuous improvement efforts within a specific production area.

Ensure employee safety by ensuring all safety devices are in use and the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is

worn at all times.

Support and coordinate with other department heads for overall company improvement through manager meetings.

Train employees on work instructions and new work orders initiating involvement and feedback.

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Enforced plant safety regulations and housekeeping practices and encourage employees to become safety conscious.

Scheduled daily production and manage staffing through temporary agency.

Coordinate raw materials and support from other functioning departments.

Perform audits and inspections to assure quality and production was met.

Train, evaluate and coach supervisors for continuous growth.

Address production issues through methods of corrective action.

Insure compliance with all Company policies, as well as Federal, State and OSHA regulation.

Insure safety rules and GMP’s were followed through continuous training and demonstrating process.

Read and understand customer build of material.
