I have overall 15 1/2 years of experience. 9 1/2 years of experence in the material handing with weiging & feeding equipments,4 years of experience in the field of Detailing of Earth moving equipments and two years in the quality dept. (inspection of machined components). Presently working in Schenck process India Pvt Ltd. Bangalore (ISO 9001 – 2000 Company) as a Asst Manger in Proposal & Design Engg from May 2008 to till date,

The company is engaged in the manufacturing of material handling systems especially in Bulkmaterial handling conveyors, Belt weighers, Weigh feeders, Crane weighing systems, Box feeders and turnkey projects etc. Major projects in Iron & Steel, Cement, Petrochemical, Plastic, Fertilizer and other process industries.

Belt weighers

Crane weighing systems

* Based on customer application & site condition, we will insiste weighing equipment.

* Sizing of weighing equipment, Calculation for Drive motor,Gear box,coupling & Bearings.

* Cost estimation of the proposal equipment.

* Preparing proposal drawing & Techinical specipcation of each euipment for project.

* Preparing GA drawing as per scope of supply.

* Creating a Bill of material in SAP for each equipment.

* Design & Detailing of non standard parts like Hoppers,chutes & support structure

* Interaction with customer & Vendor for Design clarification.

Skill set :

* Hands on experience on 3Dmodel assembly & layout preparation in Solid works.

* Hands on experience on layout drawing & GA drawing in Auto Cad.

* Hands on experience on detail engineering drawings in Auto Cad.

* Hands on experience on creating a BOM in SAP.

Additional Responsibilitty:

* Providing product training on weighing equipment for internal company employee.

* Development of After market busnessis for the weighing equpments.

I worked as a Design engg in IPA Pvt ltd from July 2007 to May 2008. I had worked for bulk material handling equipments like weigh feeders, belt weigher,screw conveyors etc.

2. Trackline International Pvt. Ltd.

I worked as a design Engg in Trackline International Pvt Ltd from Feb 2003 to July 2007. I had designed Earth moving equipments sub assemblys like Under carriage system, Mobile crusher chassis, Loader & Buckets,Quick couplers etc.

3. Mecheno Engg Pvt ltd.

I worked as Quality control Engg in Mecheno engg pvt ltd from Apr 2001 to Feb 2003.I had inspected machined components like Turbine casing, Gears, Shafts and Track frame etc.
