Direct activities and distribute work assignments according to daily priorities and worker availability

Effectively coordinate with Contract Technical Representative for daily training requirements

Generate daily records and reports including Training Device Status Report and Preventive Maintenance Report, and turn in MAFs to the COR and COMS Manager by the next workday

Generate and perform monthly training reports

Conduct employee evaluation reports

Generate employee weekly time sheet reports for corporate office use

Approve leave requests and evaluate personnel performance

Train and manage employees to achieve significant improvements in their productivity

Supervise and coordinate workers engaged in inspecting, trouble-shooting, servicing, calibrating, lubricating, adjusting and repairing or replacing parts, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies

Reconfigure training system and equipment parameters to alter the configuration of the training system and equipment hardware and software

Directly involved in the upgrades and modifications of simulators throughout the years
