QUALIFICATIONS
I have over ten years of expanding responsibilities working for Fortune 500 companies in general management and operations management. In my tenure, I have developed my skills by leading small and large businesses with a “dive right in” approach to exceed internal and external customer expectations. Developed team members by supporting and encouraging them to achieve greater accomplishments by providing goals and feedback based on their abilities. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and creating proformas for large and complex business operations. Additionally, I’ve been recognized by superiors as providing an ad-hoc analysis to further relationships. I was able to improve our market positions and profitability by listening to the voice of the customer and provided services that exceeded the market standards. Trained and developed all employees on OSHA, DOT and state regulatory meetings on a minimum of a monthly basis.
