• Trained employees of new products added, by our companies product manifest.

• Responsible for operating Extruders, Boiler Room, Water Cooling Systems for Extruders, Prostran

Synthetic Fiber Machine, German Multiple Tread to Spools Machine, Mold Cavity, Injection Tube Molds, 97" corrugated Board machine Maker, Slitter Rewind, Hliasheng Medical Coating Machine, Laminating machine.

• Became an OSHA certified Fork Lift Operator.

Trouble Shooting:

• R&D runs for new products for customers specifics before mass production occurred.

• Learned the make up and functions of the machines capabilities.

• Conducted PM's, problem solving inconsistencies that would halt production from machinery.

• Implementing the proper Lean Manufacturing Practices to increase, out-put and flow in production.
