I am pleased to provide my resume for your review. I have extensive ERP and CRM project management, implementation and programming experience with clientele in varied industries across the country. I also have a strong track record concerning data warehouse development, business intelligence and automation for the purposes of providing analysis and information that allow companies to make business decisions in a proactive manner versus reactive. My background also includes accounting firm experience, financial reporting and analysis.
I have widespread experience with large data sets and relational databases. I have found it challenging and quite rewarding to leverage this information into valuable analytical tools for various departments within an organization. My primary focus these past few years has been designing data warehouse architecture and reporting related to intellectual property for the entertainment industry.
Early on in my career I began serving a management role but with a very "hands on approach" with the firms at which I have been employed. I strive to provide the team with the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done. The best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams. I subscribe to the process of the team continually reflecting on how to become more effective, then tuning and adjusting our behavior accordingly.
I plan to move back to New York City in the next few weeks and seek a challenging and rewarding position that will allow me to make valuable contributions to the organizations I work with.
