Provided financial and technical leadership to a staff of 25 in a Sarbanes Oxley environment with oversight over the annual audit, accounts payable, credit & collections, payroll, inventory, taxation, SEC reporting (including signature and certification), debt compliance, stock option administration and vendor incentives.

• Obtained IRS approval and established the infrastructure for an Advanced Pricing Agreement with a new Irish subsidiary which reduced the effective tax rate by 10%.

• Selected, tested and rolled out a new provider of vendor incentive services ($20M in annualized volume servicing over 3,000 dealers) and stock-based compensation calculation software (ASC 718 compliant).

• Provided technical guidance and analytic oversight regarding new accounting pronouncements and application of accounting principles relating to long-lived assets and intangibles (ASC 350 and ASC 360).

A $20M U.S. subsidiary of a Bangalore, India-based parent company providing IT consulting, software application testing and integration services to U.S. companies developing eBusiness applications for customer and internal business applications. VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE, PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION Responsible for all North American accounting, human resource, technology and administrative functions as well as keeping an open line of communications back to the Bangalore-based parent for resource planning.

• Developed business metrics and financial reporting package for the CEO and senior management team as well as a timetracking system to monitor employee utilization.
