Cell and Molecular Biology

Planned and executed research experiments for target selection, protocol development, screening of NCEs and data interpretation for metabolic disorders like Diabetes, Obesity and Dyslipidemia.

Cloned and expressed target genes, developed and maintained transient and stable mammalian cell lines, protein purification and tissue culture.

Developed and performed transactivation assays (fluorescence and luminescence based) for screening of NCEs.
