Lived the Purdue polytech mantra: “Students First in all that we do” with a focus on student development.

Created a sense of ownership within the classroom to encourage students to be able to understand the material presented and act upon said material. Focus was on developing lifelong learners and a 95% placement rate, which was meet every semester.

Lead and supervised students on community engaged projects that inspired them while demonstrating their capabilities. Typical class size was 18 students, largest class size was 42 students.

Utilized VOC and standard engineering methods to develop user needs and design inputs.

Designed concepts utilizing Solidworks that resulted in multiple patent applications.

Compared concepts using advanced software such as FEA to reduce time to market by months.

Generated initial prototypes in short order, typical one week, utilizing standard manufacturing and rapid prototyping methods. Most devices were hand held, and parts typical were held to tolerances of 0.0003”.

Verified and validated user needs and design inputs through standardized ASTM methods and custom test methods.

Implemented a companywide EPDM software for design controls per ISO and FDA regulations.

Purchased, improved, and maintained a network of rental homes through personal funds, 21% annual ROI.

Endeavor has been creating long term value by doing the right thing, even when it was challenging.

Involved in every aspect from handling repairs personally, contracting and negotiating repairs, marketing properties, legal efforts, and tax reporting, etc. No job was too small.

Supervised crews during repairs of home. Crews consisted of contract employees and hourly employees.

Went through a growth and a consolidation period. Growth period was focused on increasing revenue, while consolidation was focused on cost savings (reducing cost by 28%) and automation (reducing hands on time by 45%).
