Huntsville, Alabama IT Consultant – IT Support Specialist III(intern)

Served as an IT Consultant in Dynetics Information Technology Solutions Department providing risk assessments, IT management services, and IT hardware/software implementation.

Successfully completed two contracts ahead of schedule; A software rollout and an IP scheme change.

Assisted in planning and executing the roll-out of software for over one hundred computers.

Tools used for contracts included: Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Desktop, and imaging tools.

Technical concepts included: DHCP managing IP reservations, and VLAN IP pools/assignments.

Provided configuration management data to IT staff

Final step of the second contract implementation was accomplished through: Deleting old/unused entries in DNS AD, DHCP, VLAN port assignment, and IP Firewall access.

Provided IT Support: Printer/software setup, network drive mapping, and data recovery.

Interacted and worked with on-site customer IT staff and plant employees.

Madison, Alabama Quality Control

Performed quality checks on automotive USB devices and computers.

USB devices underwent both electrical and physical quality control checks.

Computer modules were upgraded with updated software and quality tested.
